A Message From Pastor Randy,

Are you interested in living the best life you can live? Of course you are. We all are. The problem isn’t the want to so much as the how to. No rational person wants to pass on Jesus’ offer to “have life, and that more abundantly” (John 10:10). So, how do we do it? How do we take the limits off of life and live it to the full?

Really, the only way to live life without limits is to live a God-designed life. Anything we plan for ourselves, no matter how grand the plan, is still a man-made life – a life with limits. But a plan designed by God is one in which there is no limitation as to what can be experienced and what can be accomplished. It really comes down to a simple question of faith, “Who has the better plan for your life, you or God?”

When God directed Moses to build the tabernacle in the wilderness, He repeatedly told him to build it “according to all that I show you, that is the pattern of the tabernacle…just so you shall make it.” (Exodus 25:9). God had a plan for the tabernacle, a divine blueprint that Moses was to follow, and Moses was faithful to follow God’s divine design to the letter. As a result, when Moses finished he work, the glory of God came and filled the tabernacle. God endorsed what Moses did, and He came and dwelt among that people, because Moses had followed God’s divine specifications.

I want a life endorsed by God’s presence. Just as the children of Israel enjoyed God’s presence, power, protection and provision because Moses followed God’s blueprint for the tabernacle, we too can have a God-blessed life if we will follow God’s blueprint for our lives. At West Kern Christian Center, our mission statement is “connecting people to His purpose”. We want everyone living a God-designed life – a life without limits.

God desires that for each of us too, and He made the ultimate investment into the human race to ensure that we could have that life. Jesus came to earth, lived His life in absolute obedience to God and then died in our stead, paying sin’s awful price to balance the scales of divine justice, that we might be reconciled to God. Accepting Jesus’ sacrifice on your behalf and making Him your personal Lord and Savior is your “connecting point” with God’s purpose for your life. It all starts there. Regardless of what you have done, you can begin a new life right now (see 2 Corinthians 5:17-18). Your background need not determine your foreground. You can start living His best life for you today. If you are ready to step into a life without limits – a life built according to God’s divine specifications, then pray this prayer with all sincerity from your heart…

“Dear Jesus, I believe you came and died in my place, to pay the penalty for my sin. I ask you to come into my heart and make me brand new. I give you my life and declare that you are my Lord, and I will follow you wherever you lead me. Thank you for dying for me. Father, I accept the gracious gift of forgiveness and receive the new life you have provided for me through Jesus Christ. Thank you for making me your child. A-men.”

If you prayed that prayer, I have a few things I want you to do. First of all, tell someone. Let us know. We want to rejoice with you and with the angels in heaven. The Bible says they rejoice over just one sinner who repents. It will make this commitment you’ve made even more real to you when you share it with others. You can email us at info@wkcconncect.org. We’ll also send you some material to help you get started. Secondly, find yourself a good church and fellowship with others who love Jesus. And lastly, continue to feed yourself daily on God’s Word and spend time fellowshipping with your Heavenly Father. This new life has just begun, and there is SO much to discover! Welcome to a life without limits!!
